What do I do if I've forgotten my login details?
If you've forgotten your username and password then click on the Forgotten your login details link below the login box. Simply enter your email address in the box provided and your password will be emailed to the address you registered with.
What do I do if I've forgotten the email address I registered with and my login details?
Click on the Can't remember your email link below the login box. This page will tell you the information you need to have to hand for when you call BPP customer services.
What do I do if I have subscribed but have no login?
By the start of the next working day following your purchase you should have received an email that contains your login details. If you have not received this then please contact us accalo@bpp.com or call 020 8740 2334.
Why does the material that I receive change depending on the course I have purchased?
We tailor the material that you receive to the course that you're taking. If you're doing just a Learn Online course, perhaps because you aren't close to a BPP centre, then you'll have access to all the online study material. Students on one of the classroom courses are given access to a different set of online study material because they need to follow a different approach to learning.
What are the recommended technical specifications my PC needs to run BPP Learn Online?
This is what we recommend as a minimum. However, it may be possible to view BPP Learn Online with a computer that has specifications that aren't at this level. If you have problems please check your computer by clicking on Start and then right-clicking on My Computer. Select Properties ... . You'll see the processor speed and RAM here. To see the screen resolution and screen colours click on Start and then on Control Panel. Next, click on Change the screen resolution. This will display a window that shows the resolution of your computer and the screen colours. BPP does not recommend you change any of these settings without first contacting your company's IT department.

Unfortunately the iLearn interactive study modules cannot run on Apple Macs.
Do I need any additional software to run BPP Learn Online?
Yes, you do. You'll need to download the the Adobe Authorware plugin, Adobe Flash plugin and Java virtual machine in order to view the study modules. It's likely that the Adobe Flash plugin is already installed but you may well need to get the other two. You can download all the plugins free of charge from the following sites by clicking on the appropriate link and following the onscreen instructions:
Should I use a particular browser?
BPP Learn Online runs in Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE6 and above), Firefox (1.0 and above) and Opera (6 and above). Use the links below to download the latest versions of these browsers:
BPP Learn Online does not support AOL Explorer at this time.
